Universal Access
The Practice is especially interested in promoting universal access to Buildings for all citizens particularly those who face challenges be they physical, mental or sensory.
The Principal is experienced in the preparation and securing of Disabled Access Certificates for Buildings and offers consultancy services in the auditing of Buildings with a view to identifying deficiencies in universal access.
The Practice also offers services in relation to remedying any deficiencies.
With over 25 years design and construction experience we have been exposed to a range of experiences which equips us to propose project solutions and advice to Clients.
If, for any reason, we cannot provide your service within reasonable time targets we will inform you from the outset. Over 400 clients have successfully used our services over the years.
We adopt a unique approach to design involving the pursuit of all options possible to enable Clients to make informed long term sustainable decisions appropriate to their current and future needs.
We agree time scales for delivering our work and deliver within them.
