Project Management
The Practices offers project management services to Clients who would like to have the experience of a project manager to advise them with the selection of their design team and the protection of their interests during the course of the Building Project.
The Principal is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has experience over 25 years of project managing building projects from as low as € 20k right up to €11m during which time he has encountered and dealt with the challenges possible within building projects.
The principal has worked on the project management of Credit Union refurbishments for Celbridge Credit Union, Francis Street Credit Union and design and project management at Dundrum Credit Union (3 projects), Donnycarney Beaumont Credit Union (3 projects), Greenhills Credit Union (2 projects), Cabra Credit Union and Health Services Staffs Credit Union as well as smaller domestic refurbishment projects. The Principal has also been involved in the project management of commercial, industrial, educational and residential projects.
With over 25 years design and construction experience we have been exposed to a range of experiences which equips us to propose project solutions and advice to Clients.
If, for any reason, we cannot provide your service within reasonable time targets we will inform you from the outset. Over 400 clients have successfully used our services over the years.
We adopt a unique approach to design involving the pursuit of all options possible to enable Clients to make informed long term sustainable decisions appropriate to their current and future needs.
We agree time scales for delivering our work and deliver within them.
