Francis O'Sullivan BA, MRIAI, MRICS, MSCS, MCIOB, MBA has over 25 years of experience in the design, project management, and successful completion of building projects of all building types up to a value of €15m.
Who we are
Francis O'Sullivan BA, MRIAI, MRICS, MSCS, MCIOB, MBA has over 25 years experience of successfully designing and overseeing the construction of a vast range of Building Projects from very small Kitchen Extensions up to multi million commercial and industrial projects through his experiences gained in consulting offices in Power Corporation, Irish Rail and other professional consultancies.
The Practice is interested in architectural design, project management, building surveying and has a special interest in universal access to buildings for people who are challenged in any way.
The Principal has extensive experience in project management gained in working in a project management practice and through a long experience in design and build relationships. The Principal has extensive experience of providing solutions to residential properties in need of refurbishment or extension to cater for changing needs of the occupants. The Principal has a particular expertise in Credit Union design from extensive experience gained at director level in a prominent credit union and has worked on the design and project management of a number of credit unions.
With over 25 years design and construction experience we have been exposed to a range of experiences which equips us to propose project solutions and advice to Clients.
If, for any reason, we cannot provide your service within reasonable time targets we will inform you from the outset. Over 400 clients have successfully used our services over the years.
We adopt a unique approach to design involving the pursuit of all options possible to enable Clients to make informed long term sustainable decisions appropriate to their current and future needs.
We agree time scales for delivering our work and deliver within them.
