The Principal has extensive experience in building surveying, building pathology and building problem solutions and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors. The Practice offers building survey and report services to intending House Purchasers.
Also on offer are survey services to Vendors of properties who would wish to correct problems prior to putting the properties on the market with a view to avoiding delays in the sales process due to problems being found with them during the survey process.
With over 25 years design and construction experience we have been exposed to a range of experiences which equips us to propose project solutions and advice to Clients.
If, for any reason, we cannot provide your service within reasonable time targets we will inform you from the outset. Over 400 clients have successfully used our services over the years.
We adopt a unique approach to design involving the pursuit of all options possible to enable Clients to make informed long term sustainable decisions appropriate to their current and future needs.
We agree time scales for delivering our work and deliver within them.
